Paul is the current President / CEO of KAIZEN ANZ with over 30 years of experience at a CEO /Executive General Manager/Director level of large International Construction and Civil Infrastructure Groups delivering large, complex projects throughout Asia Pacific, Australia, Middle East and South Africa. He is also a business advisor to many private, public and foreign corporations in the delivery of projects and the Strategic Planning or organisations.

Paul has a depth of expertise in the provision of management and leadership services for the development of local and international infrastructure projects such as High-Speed Railway, Power /Desalination Plants, Roads and Bridges, Large complex High Rise Housing developments, Data Centres. With individual projects ranging up to US$2.5 billion dollars.

He has worked closely with project proponents, developers, councils, local authorities, communities, governments, and not-for-profit organisations to scope innovative infrastructure projects worldwide.

Paul holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Governance Institute of Australia, Chartered Institute of Secretaries.

Paul has also been awarded a member of the Knights of Rizal (KR) Chartered under Republic Act 646 of the Philippines.
