KAIZEN ANZ

EDUCATION & SKILLS

KAIZEN ANZ believes that in today’s interconnected and globalised world, the exchange of education and skills between countries is crucial to creating collaborative and innovative solutions for the problems facing the world.

By sharing education and skills, countries can pool together their resources and expertise to address global issues such as climate change, health crises, and technological advancements. Cross-border partnerships enable joint research initiatives, encouraging the development of innovative solutions with a global impact.

Education and skills should transcend geographical boundaries, providing a platform for cultural exchange and fostering mutual understanding between countries. International collaborations in education allow students to gain insights into diverse perspectives, traditions, and societal norms. This exposure contributes to the cultivation of globally aware individuals who possess cultural sensitivity, receptiveness, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Collaborative initiatives in education can help address disparities in educational quality and access. Global education and skills may be improved by first world countries sharing their best practices, educational resources, and knowledge with emerging ones. Students in underprivileged countries will now have more access to educational possibilities as a result of this exchange, which also improves the quality of education.

KAIZEN ANZ has partnered with Silicon Valley HQ to help Filipinos upskill and leapfrog with technology to stay relevant. We are currently working with the Australian and Philippines governments to establish the Philippines as the “AI Centre of Excellence” aiming for 100 colleges and 1 million students to be involved during this initial phase.

This initial phase explores a new phase of first world education and skills assistance and training matching to improve standards, promote education quality credentials and build linkages between first world countries and Asian educational providers.

Significant investment opportunities exist for first world education and training offerings, including in micro-credentials through education partnerships with relevant Asian institutions. Training areas of interest include health, food and hospitality, ICT and financial services.
