Amor is the Operations Manager of KAIZEN ANZ, and heads up the business operations of KAIZEN alliance group of companies worldwide.

She pioneered PHILCEB INNOVATIONS AND SOLUTIONS TECHNOLOGIES, a multi-awarded organisation in the Philippines, which aims to make technology reachable even by common folks, and helping start-up businesses maximize the same to increase their profit, thereby generating more jobs. Leading the organization with a firm belief in the innate talent of Filipinos, PHILCEB is now making an impact in the business community.

Amor’s contribution to the community is demonstrated through her sincere commitment in helping others, and involvement in various associations, charities, and as a key mentor to her staff.
